Manav Oza

Manav joined Biopharma Group in March 2026 to support and grow the analytical instruments division. He works with distributors globally and closely with CDMOs, biotech and pharmaceutical companies to provide analytical solutions for critical thermal events in lyophilisation.

Manav has built a strong reputation as an instruments specialist, notably through his previous work in molecular spectroscopy. His background in physics has given him a natural foundation for working with precision analytical instrumentation, which he has combined with international commercial experience across his career.

Manav is passionate about adding value to his customers' workflows in ways that drive real human advancement through pharmaceutical drug development. He holds an MBA from IIFT, Delhi, and further studied data analytics at the University of East London to complement his commercial background. 

Away from work, Manav completed the 2024 London Marathon while raising money for the Samaritans charity. He enjoys spending time with his young family out in nature, hiking and travelling. Manav played chess competitively in his younger years and continues the game to this day.
